Best service for parts and repair
Bills was welcoming and had a good variety of choices for us. Our salesman was friendly and honest with us.
Great experience very knowledgeable
Two years ago I had Bill's (next door to my place) work on my mower and it took a good two weeks to get it fixed. Later that same season the mower needed more work but Bill's stated that they were too busy to fix it. In addition, I was informed that since the mower was purchased from a different dealer I should take it elsewhere. The nearest place was 27 miles away and I ended up paying extra to have it picked up and brought back. Very disappointing customer service at Bill's Service Center.
Went to Bill's Service Center for possible warranty work on my 13 Switchback 600 that I had purchased from another dealer. I called ahead and told them what I thought was wrong and that I would be getting there pretty close to close, they said they would keep a tech around for me. Tech jumped on my sled and took it for a spin down the trail, meanwhile I talked with the staff. The tech came back and brought it into the shop. He then brought me back and showed me what was wrong and how to fix it. Best part is it didnt cost me a cent. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or have there sled worked on. Thanks Bill!
