Eric is very knowledgeable and always willing to listen to the patients needs and explain the theory and science behind his exercises. He goes above and beyond to educate his patients the process rather then just help them get better and send them home. He teaches them lifelong skills that the patients can continue at home; so they can continue their recovery process.
I regret waiting so long to visit a physical therapist and suffering when Eric Hall was able to resolve my issue so quickly. Eric has the perfect balance: he is compassionate and motivational while increasing endurance and muscle strength without an unreasonable amount of pain. He is also knowledgeable about the origins of pain and helped me to think about it in a different way. Marie is friendly in scheduling appointments and efficient in handling the paperwork end of the visit. Overall, great experience!

Marie is very courteous and helpful when schedules need to be changed at a moment's notice. She is very understanding of people's schedules and knows things come up which prevent people from making there appointment. Not once in the several times I called to cancel did I have a feeling she was upset and that I made her job more difficult. She will do whatever it takes to accommodate her patients and very pleasant and friendly to talk to.
Eric the Physical Therapist and Marie the Office Manager of the Stratford Therapy Center are exceptional people and make a great team. After my accident in which I suffered 2nd Degree burns to my face and hands Eric was able to help me progress to the point where I am nearly 100% back to my old self:)
